An e-mail enquiry should result in a direct response, telephoning the office might result in your call being forwarded for attention.  E-mail means we have your details in type and you have our response in type, eliminating any misunderstandings or misspelling, which might arise over a phone conversation.

To make a provisional booking we need the following details...
  • Rider's Full name
  • Date of Birth
  • Occupation (see the insurance restrictions)
  • Home Address
  • Telephone number(s)
  • Model of BMW required
  • Pick up date & return date
To confirm any provisional booking we require additional details...
  • Credit card details*
  • estimated time of arrival** for the pick up and return
  • requirements for luggage** - panniers, top-case, tank-bag
  • requirement for GPS**
**we appreciate your plans can change, so we ask you to confirm these details 10 days before your rental period starts.
*card details are required to secure a booking however no money will be debited from your card/account at the time of booking.  Payment in full is required when you arrive to pick up your machine(s).  We do reserve the right to charge for a day's rental in the event of a cancellation giving us less than 7 days notice.
