Prices for renting a motorcycle from us...
Rent
by the day, weekend, week or longer if you wish.
Please note...
- our
prices INCLUDE insurance, limited mileage and all local taxes. Please read HERE for insurance restrictions.
- there are NO pickups or returns available on Sundays or Mondays.
- Bikes must be picked up and returned, Tuesday - Saturday
Extras, if required..............
- Insurance cover for non UK motorcycle licence holders £25 per week or part thereof
- Sat Nav, £80 per hire (flat rate regardless of rental period).
- Other periods of rental or equipment such as tank-bag and top-box may be available, please contact us with your requirements.

To rent a motorcycle from us you must:-
- Be over 25 years of age and hold a full, valid, unrestricted, motorcycle licence.
- Hold a current Passport
 - Provide a current utility bill or bank statement (no more that 3 months old, for utility bill. No more than 1 month old for
bank statement), which clearly shows your address.
If not resident in the UK, passport and credit card in addition to your driving licence is fine. - Make a security deposit of £1,000.
If you are paying by credit card, you will be charged for the security
deposit along with your rental charge, but we will refund the deposit
portion when you return the machine, less any costs for damage.
The Security deposit will be fully refunded where the machine is
returned undamaged. If you are paying by cash we require that you
leave a £1,000 CASH deposit with us, which will be returned to you upon
the motorcycle being returned undamaged. - See HERE for insurance restrictions.

Notes:-
- Minimum rental period
is 2 days (2 x 24 hours).
- A "long-weekend"
rental is from Friday until the following Tuesday e.g. pick up 2pm Friday & return 2pm Tuesday.
- All
Rentals come with an inclusive mileage allowance based on 200 miles per
day. A modest charge of £0.20 per mile will be payable for any mileage in
excess of the inclusive miles.
- Maximum rental period is 14 days.
- Rental
prices include luggage for the bike at no extra charge. Luggage
means panniers (hard cases, saddle-bags, depending on how they are
referred to in your country). Some of our machines are also
fitted with a top-box (rear case). Please ask if you have
specific requirements and we will try to accommodate your request.
- Sat Nav: BMW Navigator IV - additional charge per rental £80.
- All prices detailed are in Pounds Sterling, GBP, Sterling and include all local taxes.
- We need to see your original Driving Licence (both parts for UK / Euro licences). Photocopies are not acceptable.

Important.
- The
motorcycle you rent from us will be prepared to the standard you would
expect if you were arriving to purchase the machine rather than only
renting it. Because of this high standard and the constraints of
the BMW warranty, we cannot repair damaged parts, we must replace any
damaged parts with genuine BMW parts. Whilst the rental cost
includes comprehensive motor vehicle insurance, there is an excess in
the policy and we require customers to pay up to £1,000* for any damage
incurred.
- Should the motorcycle be damaged by a third party, from whom we are able to subsequently recover costs, you will be reimbursed.
- * the excess for the K1600 models is £2,000
